Reason for objection:

This planning application is very light on detail and doesn't permit a proper evaluation of the impact of the proposal on the Conservation Area. Further information is required on proposed materials, whether new windows will match existing (and are existing windows to be replaced), and garage door design and materials. In terms of the rear elevation, the white facade to the side appears incongruous and might be better if the current brick finish were retained.
