Reason for objection:

There are no alterations to the front elevation to be seen from the road but there are plans to increase the current two to four parking spaces which will make it impossible for any of the 4 cars to drive out of the site because there is no way of turning around within the site. They may intend to deal with it by some other damaging way eg by making an opening onto Queens Road and felling trees. This appears to be unresolved and potentially harmful and therefore would be grounds for objection.
