Reason for objection:

Objection. This PA proposes a substantive alteration to the frontage of the existing property which would be clearly visible from the street & would disrupt the ‘rhythm’ of the wider mews development. It cites precedent garage conversions at #10 & 37. But we can find no garage conversion at #10 & the conversion at #37 is a summer room well-screened from public view by mature planting.
