Reason:

No objection. We cannot opine on the planning history of this property, but there is an inconsistency between the DAS (which proposes a 3 bed residential unit) & application form & plans (which propose 1* 2 bed plus 1* 1 bed residential units). This is resolved by 20/01083(?). No significant external alterations are planned so any impact on the character & appearance of the CA is likely to be minimal. Given the congested nature of the location, we support the applicant’s provision of secure cycle storage & assertion that the property unit(s) would be car free.
