Reason:

No objection.

This PA supersedes 23/02535 which was lacking a DAS & was objected to by the CAAC & refused by officers because of the absence of detail on proposed materials. A heritage statement & more detail on new fenestration has now been provided, although we cannot condone the proposed use of composite (ie plastic) fenestration to the rear extension.
