Reason:

This property was reviewed by Kingston Town CAAC back in April where we saw no objection to that application for a single storey replacement brick built back and side extension. This current application proposes the erection of a raised patio area and screening in rear garden to presumably complete the works.
This is a relatively simple and compact raised platform tucked away at the back of the house with no impact on the street elevation of the property. Screening is proposed to protect the amenity of the neighbouring garden.
