Reason for objection:

SCAAC assumes that the loss of the chimney on the proposed rear elevation drawing is only a drafting error. We would prefer a more robust roofing material for flat roof and recommend that a more detailed description of materials (eg Aluminium double glazing) is provided before a decision is made.
