Reason for objection:

We believe that the design and materials of construction of this extension do not enhance the property and therefore is not in keeping with the character and standards expected within the CA. In particular, the extension windows do not complement the existing windows in terms of form or proportion and the use of GRP for the flat roof is not considered appropriate in the CA. As the proposed extension is to the North of the property, we also recommend that the design is checked for its impact on the light to the existing kitchen and dining room.
