Reason for objection:

Objection unless revised. There should be a single roof pitch on the left hand side to match the opposite side of the gable and avoid the out of character stepped roof.

In addition:
1) All new windows to be of heritage grade, the applicant indicates using white powder coated Aluminium
2) New roof slates to align with any patterning on current roof
