Reason:

Whilst the proposed new home would appear to be acceptable in character & appearance the off-street parking/ turning circle would not be in keeping with the area. Also, the proposed garden will be overlooked by the neighbouring BTM (#60 Maple Rd) & would benefit from better soft landscaping.

Only English or Flemish Bond brickwork would be acceptable.
Windows must be set back in the wall consistent with surrounding buildings. We have not seen this specified within the documents. Lack of detail.
