Contrary to the applicants DAS, this house is within the Richmond Road CA.
As the applicant states, there are already a variety of roof lines, roof lights & side extensions to neighbouring properties. From the brief description given, the proposed materials & finishes appear to be of reasonable quality & generally sympathetic to the character & appearance of the CA, however the applicant has not specified whether the proposed roof lights would be conservation grade - they should be.
