Reason for objection:
The existing front elevation is not in keeping with other houses in the LASC and there is the opportunity here to replace the front windows with units that are more appropriate for the locality. The proposed rear elevation is ultra-modern and, even though this is not visible from the street, it needs to be reviewed to ensure that the loft-level large windows are not visible from and do not overlook neighbouring properties in the Cadogan Road CA.
