Reason:
Flat 2, 226 Richmond Road originally received planning permission in 2017 for an extension which included the installation of stated patio doors referred to in this current planning application (2017/12443/FUL).
The applicant wishes to replace those patio doors with a timber sash window, stating 'I am proposing a timber sash window more in keeping with the property than the current plastic doors'.
The window is located to the rear of the building facing a small rear enclosed garden, and should therefore not be visible from Durlston Road.
