Reason for objection:

Objection. This applicant has a long planning history. This PA is their most ambitious proposal to date, seeking to incorporate previous consents into a larger design that would approximately double the size of the existing living accommodation. Although the design of the new extension(s) would match that of the existing architecture its mass & scale would dominate the location & cause harm to the character & appearance of this part of the CA.
