Reason for objection:

It is noted that planning application 21/03278/FUL for a three- bedroom property was granted for this site. The current application is for a four-bedroom property with significantly more massing on the first and second floors due to the loss of the pitched roof on the East elevation and the encroachment of the first-floor wall towards the road. This proposal encroaches on the Lamb PH which is an historic building in the CA. The previously granted application was a much more appropriate development for this site.
