Reason for objection:

SCAAC objects to UPVC windows which should be changed to timber as this is more in keeping with the Conservation Area. We also recommend that high quality alternatives, which are more appropriate within the CA, such as timber or render are considered in place of the a fibre cement weatherboard cladding of the gable ends.
