Reason:

The space in question is currently an occupied workshop above a jewellers. The proposed scheme would have no adverse impact on the Apple Market street scene. The design (flat roof extension) & materials (asphalt & UPVC) planned to the rear of the property are of low quality, but not visible from CA1. No objection.
