Reason for objection:

Objection. We find the proposed rebranding of this building (blue colour palette, metal window frames etc) too strong & at odds with the neutral finishes of the existing building, which includes Patisserie Valerie on the other side of the arcade. Any new scheme must respect the historical significance of the host property (the old Griffin Hotel) & blend/ match seamlessly each side of the arcade.
