Reason for objection:

The design of the garage is not in-keeping with the host building.
The proposed garage is far too large, its height is excessive and should not include any living accommodation. We are concerned that this will become a residential property in the future.
The RBK description is misleading as the building at 4.3m high is clearly a 1 1/2 storey building, not a single storey garage.
