Reason for objection:

Objection. Apparently the applicant has already been told (by RBK Planning) to reduce the length of the proposed side/ rear extension by 1m which would help to mitigate the overbearing scale of the structure. Repositioning of the front door (& apparently glazing over that aperture) is poor design & unbalances the frontage of the property. The area marked as render should be stock brickwork with red brick surround to match existing. Installation of new UPVC windows & doors is also unacceptable - quality timber items in keeping with the character & specification of the original property should be used instead.
