Reason for objection:
The massing of the roof is disproportionate to the scale of the house and is detrimental to the appearance of the CA. Solar panels should be in-line
and not on-roof
. In addition Planners should consider whether large windows on the second floor rear will significantly overlook the neighbouring gardens.
