Reason for objection:

Objection. Applicant’s contention that existing floor space is residential rather than commercial is unpersuasive. Also, no evidence that grounds for refusal of previous PA (eg flood risk, sub-standard space) have been overcome. In addition, proposed provision of bike storage racks at 2nd floor level is a nonsense given there appears to be no lift access.
