Reason for objection:

The new flowering containers around the front external seating area, new sign and awnings are potentially good improvements however we object to having a neon sign as there are no such signs in the area. In addition we have no details on colour and materials which should be in keeping with the local area. Signage that is not neon would remove our objection.

revisions required:
The new sign should not be neon, and the awning should be an appropriate colour.
