KT CAAC looked at this proposal when it was previously submitted & did not raise any objection. Having reviewed the subsequent reasons for refusal by officers (ie that it was unclear whether the quoins would be visible or how the render would be terminated at the adjacent property) we note the revised PA appears to address these concerns and we support it.
