Reason for objection:

Strong objection. The latest attempt by an applicant to install new roof-top antennae, dishes etc at this site is quite risible & would completely destroy the existing symmetry of the host building & its two sister blocks to the north. There is absolutely no place for these type of proposals in any of the borough’s conservation areas, let alone in this very sensitive riverside location. The proposed antennae etc & their cheap polymer shroud would be clearly visible for miles around & cause substantial harm to the character & appearance of North Riverside.
