Objection unless revised as below.

The building concept is much-improved on the previous application, with e.g. the removal of the sunken design & front balconies. We remain concerned, however, about the retention of off-street parking (4 spaces) to the front of the property, which we continue to believe is harmful to the character & appearance of this stretch of the conservation area & should, therefore, be removed.
