This property contains a grade 2 listed panelled room. It is unclear from the plans and information provided what impact the proposed developments will have on this space.
Furthermore, it is unclear how additional wall linings can be constructed without causing damage to the existing walls, for example in the room labelled ‘trade area’ on the first floor.
