Reason for objection:

The roof lights to the front elevation should not extend above the plane of the roof. The large sliding windows to the rear dormer are inconsistent with the design of the property and the conservation area and would be visible from Mayberry Place and Fishponds Park. No objection from a Conservation Area perspective to the proposed single storey rear extension as this is not visible from outside the property and is consistent with other properties in the street.
