6. Lack of detail
7. Decision already issued

Reason for objection:

We consider the drawings and information provided in this planning application to be of very poor quality.
There is inadequate information about the materials of the replacement windows and doors and it is disappointing that they are not being replaced with wood, a material more appropriate in a Conservation Area than pvc. However, should the Council approve the Planning Application a Condition should be included so that the quality of the UPVC windows and doors can be assessed.
We query whether the photovoltaic panels, as shown on the Proposed Rear Elevation are part of this Planning Application as there is insufficient information for us to consider this proposal.
It is unclear why the garage doors are being retained.

We consider that the Supporting Documents have not been checked by the validation officer as some provide little valuable information. The Heritage Statement provides no information about the heritage of the property or area and has obviously not been written by a heritage expert. The Tree Survey has insufficient information about the trees and has not been written by an arboriculturalist. The Biodiversity Report has not been written by an ecologist and is limited in its information.
More detail is required for us to consider this planning application further.
