Reason for objection:
Objection. This Edwardian garden wall is a key feature of the local street scene and should be left intact. Albany Park Road is a CPZ and there is plenty of parking available for residents, so no need to create a parking space through the garden wall to the front of this property. In addition, RBK has published plans to create a Copenhagen-style crossing at the junction here with Richmond Road which, in our view, the applicant's objectives would conflict with.
