Reason:

There is relatively little information supporting this application, eg the specification of finishes to the proposed rear extension etc, which begs the question why it was validated by officers for our consideration. This is not an isolated example & we should be grateful if officers would address this issue going fwd, plse.

We cannot comment on the impact of this application on residential neighbourhood amenity. We note it involves work to the rear of the property & should therefore not intrude on the streetscape. Providing the design & materials are appropriate to the host & surrounding properties then we have no objection to it.
