Reason:

As this application acknowledges, the proposed rear extension to this locally listed property is substantial in size, both deeper & slightly higher than guidance given in RBK's Residential Design SPD. However, we consider it to be broadly acceptable: the design & materials proposed are of satisfactory quality & generally in keeping with the character & appearance of the existing building & its immediate neighbours; furthermore, the extension is not visible from the front of the property & does not impact on the streetscape.
