Reason for objection:

The proposed works will adversely affect the appearance of this Edwardian villa in the following ways:
Misalignment of dormer adversely affecting the otherwise well-proportioned front elevation of the house.
Lack of symmetry; an existing small roof light remains alongside the new dormer giving an asymmetrical appearance.
Gable ends of new dormer do not extend beyond roof edge as they do on the existing main dormer

Alterations required to remove objection:
Central positioning of dormer directly over the window below.
Removal of small existing roof light to the side of proposed dormer
Extension of gable ends to reflect those of the existing main dormer.
