Reason for objection:

Objection.

The proposed extension is of little aesthetic appeal: the design & materials in question are of low quality & there is no soft landscaping. Furthermore, this applicant has provided a flood report which highlights a significant flood risk but has not provided any details of preventative/ mitigation measures.

We have objected separately to this applicant’s external signage (23/00041) but note it has been in place for many months & is now illuminated despite there being no planning consent for it. Urgent action must be taken by the LPA to stamp out this abuse.
