Reason:

We are happy to see the proposed fenestration & brickwork appear consistent with existing. However the matching full size windows shown on the new extension to the north are for use in bathrooms and are likely to be partially obscured by wheely bins on the ground floor. Therefore we question if this is fully resolved or will it be modified later?
The long flat 2 storey bay window to the rear is not in keeping however as it is unseen we dont take strong issue with it. The brick walls to the front of properties in the street are poor, so we would like to see a well constructed front that enhances the Victorian style.
