Reason:

We welcome that applicant has acknowledged our objection to the previous PA (which was refused consent) by modifying their plans to the front roof elevation. Now appears broadly satisfactory although gradient of new roof extension will be quite acute & possibly mismatch that of its immediate neighbour to the left & its own right hand side extension.
