Reason for objection:

This is a bulky extension close to and facing the main road of Coombe Lane West. It will only be acceptable if it is properly screened by trees, however given the proximity to the busy road and hard paving it is not conceivable that they would survive. The extensive paving should be permeable in accordance with local planning regulations.
The proposed alterations do not reflect or respect the features and balance of the main house and are totally discordant with its style and architectural design.
