Reason:

No objection.

A number of properties in this street have already made similar changes. Although substantial in relation to the existing property, the proposed scheme is not visible from the roadside & therefore has no impact on the local street scene. The design & materials proposed are generally of high quality although we believe the existing sash window to the 1st floor rear elevation should be retained or replaced like-for-like rather than with the modern aluminium substitute proposed.
