Reason:

15 Beverley Cottages is immediately adjacent to the Robin Hill Gate into Richmond Park. The proposed development replaces a conservatory and while it is slightly large and higher is considered in-keeping with the rest of the house. It is unlikely to be seen from Richmond Park because the park's toilet block, park wall and vegetation will protect the views.
