Reason for objection:

We object to this application on the grounds that it would be harmful to the CA. The sub-division of a garden (notwithstanding the garage) to create small plots such as those proposed is not appropriate and would result in properties (and garden sizes) which are not characteristic of the CA.
We also strongly object to the row of 5 parking spaces and the effect this would have on the streetscape. Cars would be visually obtrusive and a bank of parking spaces, such as these are not characteristic of the road or the CA.
