Reason for objection:

We object in principle to this Planning Application as there is no 'Tree Survey' included. There are trees in a neighbouring garden close to where the outbuilding will be sited and building it may have an impact on / damage the roots of those trees.
Although this is only an outbuilding it is one being built in a Conservation Area and so its materials should be of appropriate quality. The roofing material should be of a more permanent, better quality than felt and the door not uPVC.
