Reason for objection:
Objection. This is a locally listed building which has fallen into a state of dereliction. It is currently boarded up. Whilst we would support a sympathetic reinstatement of it we do not believe this should be done as permitted development as proposed here with the addition of a flat-roofed extension. This extension would be entirely out of character with & spoil the proportions of the original listed building.
We would encourage the Council to consider whether this is a curtilage listed building and would not benefit from permitted development rights as it was under Application 93/1313.
