Reason for objection:

Objection. We were disappointed that our objection [in 2019/20] to alterations to no.1 Albany Mews was overridden by RBK. This PA for no.8 would further erode the original integrity of this development. The conversion of the existing garage & insertion of new windows to the front side would result in the loss of mature landscaping to the existing elevation & be highly visible from the street. Furthermore there is an AC unit balanced precariously outside the dormer window to the front elevation of the existing property. It must represent a danger to the public as well as being an eyesore & should be removed forthwith! We cannot believe planning permission was ever sought or given for this.
